2007 Governor's Health Bowl Winners!
The 2007 Health Bowl kicked off on September 18th, which Governor Gregoire declared “Washington Health Day.” Kick-off events were held in both Spokane and Seattle. More than 35,000 individuals, 1,000 organizations and 360 schools participated, and the people of Washington logged more than 5 million miles of health during the annual event — the equivalent of 10 roundtrips to the moon! New to the 2007 Governor’s Health Bowl were a School Challenge and a Healthiest Business Challenge. The school challenge included a Coordinated School Health Survey, with Health Bowl results based on the survey as well as miles.
