9 Months	Well-child visit Third Hepatitis B (Hep B)
12 Months	Well-child visit First MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella), but not before first birthday First Hepatitis A (Hep A) Varicella (chickenpox), but not before first birthday

*After the age of 6 months, it is recommended that the child receive a flu shot YEARLY.
