Eligibility Requirements:
- Men or Women between ages 50 - 64 (65+ are eligible if they are not covered by Medicare)
- Income 250% Federal Poverty Level
- Lives in King or Clallam County (or at least willing to receive care in one of the
participating clinics in these counties)
- Uninsured or underinsured (deductible over $500)
- Doesn't have a GI disease

If you meet one or more of the above requirements, you may be eligible for a free
or low-cost health exam.
