Medium chain acyl-coA dehydrogenase deficiency: Prevents the body from converting
certain fats to energy particularly in fasting states. Can cause vomiting, lack
of energy, low blood sugar, seizures, breathing difficulty, liver problems, cardiac
arrest, brain damage, coma and sudden death.
