After spending nine years on the outside looking in, Washington state is back among the Top Ten Healthiest States in the Nation.

The Washington Health Foundation released its 2008 Healthiest State Report Card on June 13, 2008. Washington ranks #10 this year—the first time the state has been among the Top Ten since 1999.
